4. Shipping Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how Good Wheels processes, ships, and delivers orders of tires, rims, batteries, accessories, and oils across Egypt.

4.1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation and payment. During high-demand periods or for special-order items, processing may take longer; we will notify you if a significant delay is expected.

4.2 Delivery Coverage and Timeframes

We deliver across Cairo and other governorates in Egypt using our own delivery team and/or third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times are approximately 1–3 business days within Greater Cairo and up to 3–7 business days for other governorates, depending on location and courier availability. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4.3 Heavy and Bulky Items

Tires, rims, and batteries are heavy items that may require special handling, dedicated freight, or scheduled delivery windows. For orders involving multiple tires, full sets, or fleet quantities, our team may contact you to confirm delivery logistics, vehicle access, and, where applicable, to schedule professional fitting or installation.

4.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and size, and are shown before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be indicated on the Site at the time of your order.

4.5 In-Store Pickup and Fitting

Where available, you may choose to collect your order and/or have tires or batteries fitted at our Maadi, Cairo location or a partner service center. We will confirm availability and scheduling when you place your order.

4.6 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will share available tracking or delivery-status information and our team can be reached at 17591 or +20 100 959 0995 for delivery updates.

4.7 Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the packaging or product appears damaged, note this with the courier where possible and contact us within 48 hours as described in Section 2.4.

4.8 Failed or Refused Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order or the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we will attempt to reschedule delivery and may charge a reasonable re-delivery fee. Orders refused without a valid reason (such as a defect or shipping error) may be treated as a return subject to Section 2 and any applicable deductions for shipping costs.

4.9 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided, except where the loss or damage is due to our error or that of our delivery partner.

4.10 Contact

For shipping questions, contact Good Wheels at 24, Al Gazaer, Maadi, Cairo Governorate, Cairo, Egypt, hotline 17591, or +20 100 959 0995.

5. Manufacturer's Defects Warranty

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Good Wheels sells tires, rims, batteries, accessories, and oils from a range of trusted manufacturers. This policy explains how manufacturing-defect warranty claims are handled, in addition to your statutory rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

5.1 What This Warranty Covers

Products sold by Good Wheels are covered against defects in materials or workmanship that exist at the time of manufacture, for the warranty period stated by the relevant manufacturer for that product line (for example, on the product's warranty card, packaging, or manual). Where a manufacturer provides its own warranty terms, those terms apply in addition to this policy, and Good Wheels will assist you in submitting and progressing the claim with the manufacturer or its authorized service center.

5.2 Typical Coverage by Product Category

•      Tires: manufacturing defects such as abnormal tread separation, sidewall defects, or material faults not caused by road hazards, misuse, or improper maintenance.

•      Batteries: manufacturing defects affecting the battery's ability to hold or deliver charge under normal use, excluding damage from overcharging, deep discharge, improper storage, or physical damage.

•      Rims and accessories: structural or finish defects present at the time of sale, excluding damage from impact, curb strikes, or improper installation.

•      Oils and lubricants: contamination or formulation defects traceable to the manufacturer, excluding issues caused by incorrect product selection or mixing with incompatible fluids.

5.3 What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or performance issues resulting from:

•      Normal wear and tear, including tire tread wear and battery capacity decline over time;

•      Road hazards such as punctures, cuts, impacts, potholes, or curb damage;

•      Improper installation, mounting, balancing, alignment, or inflation not performed or verified by Good Wheels or an authorized installer;

•      Misuse, neglect, accident, overloading, racing, or use inconsistent with the manufacturer's specifications;

•      Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations; and

•      Products purchased second-hand or outside of Good Wheels' authorized sales channels.

5.4 How to Make a Claim

1.       Contact Good Wheels at 17591 or +20 100 959 0995 with your order number, product details, and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.

2.       Bring the product, or make it available for inspection, along with your original invoice or proof of purchase.

3.       We will assess the claim and, where necessary, forward it to the manufacturer or its authorized service center for evaluation, which may include technical inspection of the product.

4.       We will keep you informed of the manufacturer's decision and expected timeline, which can vary by manufacturer and product.

5.5 Remedies

Where a claim is approved, the remedy will typically be repair, replacement, or a pro-rated credit or refund reflecting the product's remaining warranty life and usage (for example, tread depth remaining on a tire), consistent with the manufacturer's warranty terms and applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law. The remedy applied is at the reasonable discretion of Good Wheels and/or the manufacturer based on their assessment.

5.6 Warranty Registration

Some manufacturers require product registration to activate warranty coverage. Keep your original invoice and, where provided, your warranty card, as proof of purchase and coverage.

5.7 Relationship to Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 or other applicable mandatory law. Nothing in this policy excludes liability for defects causing personal injury or death where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

5.8 Contact

To start a warranty claim, contact Good Wheels at 24, Al Gazaer, Maadi, Cairo Governorate, Cairo, Egypt, hotline 17591, or +20 100 959 0995.
